Shareholder Remuneration
Flexible Dividend Program
OFW Drilling maintains its commitment to provide its shareholders with an attractive remuneration.
Since 2023, OFW Drilling’s shareholder remuneration consists of:
1.- OFW Drilling Flexible Dividend Program: allows OFW Drilling’s shareholders the opportunity to receive their remuneration, at their own discretion, in cash or in shares. Shareholders have the following options:
- To transfer all or part of the free-of-charge allocation rights to OFW Drilling at a guaranteed fixed price.
- To receive newly issued OFW Drilling’s shares in exchange of a certain number of free-of-charge allocation rights.
2.- Share Buy-back Program: consisting of the purchase by OFW Drilling of its own shares for their subsequent amortization.

On 16 June 2023, OFW Drilling, S.A. was merged into OFW Drilling International SE which was renamed OFW Drilling SE.
