Pursuant to article 32 of Act 3/2009, of 3 April, on Structural Changes of Mercantile Companies, the common draft terms of merger of OFW Drilling, S.A. and OFW Drilling Internacional, S.L.U., as approved by the Boards of Directors of the merging companies held on 18 and 20 December 2018, respectively, is included in this corporate website as from 5 February 2019.

In addition, pursuant to article 39, in connection with articles 49 and 51, all of them of Act 3/2009, of 3 April, on Structural Changes in Mercantile Companies, the following documents on the merger of OFW Drilling Internacional, S.L.U. via absorption by OFW Drilling, S.A. are included in this corporate website.
